The village of Turkdean is situated in Gloucestershire, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here we are on the outskirts, enjoying the lines of the fields and walls.

Turkdean is 20 miles east of Gloucester and its name is Old English for ’valley of a river named Turce’. Among the village’s attractions are the Anglican Church of All Saints, which was constructed during the 12th century.
