Hello, everyone, and welcome to the February 2026 issue of Well Met! The tiny team is happy to make a return.

We must begin by sending our very best wishes to those of our contributors who are presently experiencing very cold conditions. We continue to hope for improvements soon, and we are thinking out to anyone undergoing hardship at the moment. There is so much suffering in the world.
​
As this month’s cover image suggests, we have a little theme of Love running through the issue, but in varied ways. There are Valentines and Anti-Valentines as well as a celebration of friendship. And interspersed among these offerings are profound psychological pieces, plant-inspired poems, tech-thoughts, and plenty of light relief too!
